Our dispatch team reviews reports as they come in, 24 hours a day. If a 2:00 AM report hasn’t arrived by 2:15, dispatch calls the officer and finds out why. We don’t wait until the morning supervisor shifts to catch problems.
Our field supervisors run unannounced site visits across different posts. They check post-order compliance, uniform standards, and whether the officer is where they’re supposed to be. These visits happen during overnights and weekends too, not just business hours.

It starts with a site walk. One of our operations managers visits your property, reviews every access point and patrol zone with you, and documents the specific vulnerabilities. From there, we create post orders, select guards with the right experience, and run a supervisor-led briefing before the first shift. During the first week, a supervisor checks in to make sure the operation is meeting your standards. Silvertrac reports start on day one.
How fast can you start?
In most cases, we deploy within 24 to 48 hours of signing. For emergency situations, we’ve staffed posts the same day. The standard timeline of three to five days gives us time to select the right guards, complete site-specific training, and build proper post orders. But if you need someone on site tonight, we can make that happen and build the long-term plan in parallel.
