Over 20 Years of Hands-On Security Experience
Safeguard was founded in 2015 by Azim Rahimi. Azim has more than 20 years in the security industry. Before starting the company, he spent years working directly with property owners, managers, and executives, which is where he learned how security actually works day to day.
We opened with four guards covering three commercial properties in the San Fernando Valley. Today we have more than 200 officers on staff and clients in commercial, residential, healthcare, banking, industrial, and nonprofit settings. Almost all of that growth came from referrals. We have never been a heavy advertiser.

We built a three-layer supervision system to take the guesswork out of it. The system came out of more than 20 years of experience, a lot of trial and error, and a serious amount of money invested into getting it right.
GPS-Verified Digital Reporting Through Silvertrac
Every guard on every shift logs patrols through Silvertrac. Silvertrac is a digital reporting platform that records GPS coordinates, timestamps, and activity notes at each checkpoint. You see those reports in your own client portal, which includes daily activity logs, patrol reports, and incident reports with photos.
If there are specific areas you want patrolled, we install QR checkpoints at those exact spots so you can confirm they are being covered.
24/7 Live Dispatch Monitoring
Our dispatch team reviews patrol reports as they come in, around the clock. If a scheduled report is more than 15 minutes late, dispatch contacts the officer directly. That way a problem gets caught the same night instead of sitting in a stack of paperwork until morning.
Unannounced Field Supervisor Inspections
Field supervisors run random, unannounced site visits. They check that the officer is following post orders, wearing the uniform correctly, and in the right position on the property. These visits happen overnight and on weekends, too, not only during business hours.

The most common hesitation we hear is signing a long contract before seeing any real work. So we do not ask for one. Every new client starts with a 30-day trial. Same guards and same reporting as the full service. If we do not meet your standards in that first month, you can cancel with no fees and no strings attached.

Licensed, Insured, and Verifiable
Every officer on our team is individually licensed through BSIS and completes the full 40-hour state-mandated training. On top of that, our guards go through additional internal training on customer service, report writing, how to work with law enforcement, and the legal rights and duties of a security officer.
We carry full liability insurance and will send documentation on request.
A Dedicated Account Manager Who Answers the Phone
Every client gets a dedicated account manager who is their single point of contact. Schedule changes, feedback, adding hours or locations, billing questions. One person handles all of it.
