Newport Beach Coverage
A Licensed Security Guard Company in Newport Beach

Security guard services in Newport Beach start with discretion. The security guards Newport Beach clients ask for are mostly unarmed, low-profile and background-checked. Private security guards take the quieter assignments, where they’re not meant to be noticed. Our licensed security guards also cover the more visible posts at lobbies, retail floors and gates.
We provide 24/7 coverage, and a holiday weekend on the water is when our phones are busiest. Security guard services in Newport Beach are more than a guard on site. They come down to customer service, communication and an officer who works as part of your team rather than as a vendor’s employee.
When Newport Beach Properties Need Professional Security
The risks here are rarely loud. A harbor-front estate worries about privacy and the boats that come by to get a look. Fashion Island retailers deal with shoplifting that can hit three stores in an hour. Custom builds along the coast sit behind temporary fencing with materials inside. And a private function or gala means enforcing a guest list without making anyone feel like they’re being screened.
What We Do
Security Services We Provide in Newport Beach
Estate, HOA & Gated Community Security in Newport Beach
Discreet coverage on the harbor front, Lido Isle and Balboa Island needs officers who know the household routine and stay out of the way. For the communities of Corona del Mar and Newport Coast, our HOA security work in Newport Beach is more about access control: holding the gate, walking the common areas and keeping the visitor log. Gated community security guards here work to the written standards of the board and household. Our HOA security services and programs provide communities with peace of mind. We also provide residential security guard services in Newport Beach. That includes apartment building security, security for condos and single residence security.

Unarmed First // BSIS Permits On FileArmed & Unarmed Security Services in Newport Beach
We provide unarmed security guards for estates, functions and retail first, unless the walkthrough shows a documented need for more. Armed security guards are reserved for cash movement or specific threats, with permits in order before the first shift. Training standards for our unarmed security guard services and armed security guard services are the same. We focus on communication, customer service, report writing, and site specific training.
Event & Private Function Security in Newport Beach
From a charity gala to a yacht club event, a wedding, or a festival, our event security guards manage the perimeter and valet. Our event security guards in Newport Beach are trained to handle both large events and small events. The event never turns into a checkpoint. There’s a difference between festival work and a gala: the crowds are smaller but the expectations for discretion are higher. Whether you need security for weddings, concerts, festivals, corporate events or just a simple birthday party, we got you covered.
Construction Site & Fire Watch Security in Newport Beach
Construction sites deal with all sorts of issues. Whether it is encampment, trespassing, vandalization, theft, or property damages, every couple days something new happens. Our construction site security keeps tabs on what comes and goes through the gate, whether that’s stone, lumber or fixtures. Construction site security’s core duty is to prevent theft, vandalism, property damages or any other security issues a project deals with. Our fire watch services come into play when sprinklers are down. Fire watch security guards conduct documented patrols and maintain activity logs based on site requirements and instructions.
Hotel & Retail Security in Newport Beach
The commercial side of town is covered by our hotel and retail security. Hotel posts are guest-facing, with any necessary removals done quietly out of sight. Hotel security also requires different attire, more customer service training, and keeping people feel safe and confident in their stay. In retail, visibility and fast coordination matter most. Our retail security guards are uniformed, visible, and enforce property or the business’s rules so the chances of shoplifting, theft, or disturbance is minimalized.

Getting Started
How It Works
01
We start with a walkthrough or an estate assessment.
We come to the property and listen before we map out coverage to fit how your household or business runs.
02
Then the post orders go on paper:
access and guest rules, escalation and reporting, all to your standard and signed off before day one.
03
Once coverage is underway,
the first round scans feed Silvertrac and dispatch.
Dispatch reads every round as it happens.
Checkpoint scans land with GPS verification the moment they are made, and field checks come unannounced.
Local Knowledge
Serving Newport Beach and the Harbor
You could say Newport Beach has several markets under one city name. There’s the harbor front and Balboa Island, where privacy comes first; the estates and docks here don’t take kindly to unfamiliar cars. The Peninsula has its share of visitors coming and going. Over in Corona del Mar and Newport Coast the gated communities answer to the HOA, and the HOA expects its standards kept.
Then you have the resort hotels and the retail and dining at Lido Marina Village and Fashion Island. Here the calendar is as important as the map. A regatta or the December boat parade changes what a post needs.

Areas We Serve in Orange County
Newport Beach sits in the middle of our Orange County coverage. The neighbors are covered on the Irvine security guard services and Costa Mesa security guard services pages. The whole county is inside the same Orange County coverage. But for us, Balboa, Corona del Mar and Newport Coast are home turf.
FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
Do Your Officers Work Uniformed or in Plainclothes?
We do both and make it part of the plan. A storefront at Fashion Island typically wants the uniform to be seen. An estate or private affair needs the opposite: an officer in business dress who passes for staff. We suggest the presentation on the walkthrough, and it can vary from one post to the next on the same property.
Do You Serve Irvine and Costa Mesa?
Yes, and the rest of the coast. There’s no change in supervision when you cross the city line.
Do You Provide Both Armed and Unarmed Officers?
Yes, we provide both armed and unarmed security guard services in Newport Beach.
